Key Health is the nation's leader in providing medical lien funding solutions to healthcare facilities, medical providers, and attorneys. Our goal is to assist injured parties by improving access to quality medical treatment for injuries resulting from an accident.

We are looking for a full time Personal Injury Collector to work with attorneys to settle medical cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience working for a personal injury lawyer and knowledge of medical terminology.  

Candidates must have a background working in the legal field preferably with personal injury attorney. This position requires strong interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with lawyers, medical offices and occasionally patients.  

Must be able to sit and update client files on a computer while on the telephone 8 hours a day. Ability to be effective on the phone and persistent in the execution of his/her responsibilities. Strong written skills to create collection letters in the form of emails, faxes, and outgoing mail to clients are required.

Applicants must be capable to dig in and collect monies as quickly as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone with great drive and ambition. Must be very organized and extremely detail oriented.

Salary is negotiable according to experience and qualifications.  

Duties and Responsibilities: Make continuous telephone calls every day. Must be able to meet weekly and monthly collection targets consistently.  

Experience: Must have group health insurance knowledge and collections experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience working in the medical or legal fields.  

Skills: Strong written skills to create collection letters in the form of emails, faxes, and outgoing mail to clients are required.

Education: Some college preferred.
