How can accepting lien patients benefit my practice?

Are lien patients difficult to process?

Our goal is to minimize the differences for your practice in terms of how these patients are processed compared with any other patient that you see. We have developed a simple request and authorization process that we will share with your staff through an in-service training. The authorization process is quick and easy. 

How does the process work?

We will work with your staff to develop a simple process that fits well within your parameters. Typically, a request is forwarded by the medical provider to Key Health for funding evaluation on the procedure being considered. Once approved, the patient receives treatment through you or your facility, and Key Health promptly purchases the account. Payment is remitted to you according to the agreed terms.   

Is there any cost to use Key Health’s services?

Key Health does not charge a fee to medical providers participating in the Lien Solutions Program.
